Ranish Haran

Ranish Haran is a results-driven entrepreneur, corporate strategist, and community leader whose journey uniquely combines business insight, social commitment, and personal endurance. A proud Chennai native, he holds a B. Tech in Mechatronics and an MBA in Finance—an academic foundation that has empowered his versatile and impact-focused career.

He hails from a business family engaged in wholesale and retail of electrical products, where he continues to play an active role in securing new projects and clients to drive overall growth. This early exposure to entrepreneurship shaped his deep understanding of business dynamics and customer relationships.

Ranish began his professional journey training college students and faculty across India, a transformative experience that led him to co-found Exxelo Business Consulting with Ms. Viji. Today, Exxelo is known for helping organizations scale through business consulting, recruitment solutions, and talent development.

A certified Independent Director, Ranish is passionate about enabling better governance in businesses. He also serves as Finance Head at a reputed manufacturing company specializing in rigid plastic packaging, where he drives operational and financial strategy with a strong focus on sustainable growth.

Beyond the business world, Ranish is a man of endurance—literally. As a full marathoner and an active member of the UNIS Running Team, he embodies the long-haul mindset that mirrors his leadership approach.

He is also the Race Director of the Madras ISHM Marathon events, bringing communities together through the spirit of running. His commitment to inclusion is further reflected in his role as a Trustee of Inner Strength Trust, which supports children with cerebral palsy and works towards building a more compassionate world.
